Refund policy;

 

1. Returns Eligibility

 

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

• The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

 

Exceptions:

• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

 

2. Return Process

1. Contact Us: Email us at achille@alacritasinnovations.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable (e.g., defective or damaged items).

2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions, including the return shipping address.

3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Inspection: Once we receive your item, it will be inspected. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

 

 

3. Refunds

• If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

 

Partial Refunds:

We reserve the right to issue partial refunds for:

• Items returned in a condition different from the original (e.g., damaged, missing parts).

• Returns made outside the 30-day window, at our discretion.

 

4. Exchanges

 

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at achille@alacritasinnovations.com.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized products.

• Gift cards.

• Final sale or clearance items.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and packaging for a faster resolution. We will provide a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs, as applicable.

 

7. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting us at achille@alacritasinnovations.com.

• If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process once it arrives.
